Surgeries
As you know surgery is my passion and life (yes I’m addicted and!!!! Wink) and in the past few yeas I have had numerous procedures I have taken a boy and turned him in to a very passable and convincing female so much that I have been called a Transsexual Barbie by different media around the world I actually love it! Wink!!!! What girl has never dreamed of being a Barbie right! LOL.

But my journey to being the girl that I’m now has not been easy because of the recovery time and minor pain. I been very lucky to have never had any complications or bad post operative reactions because I have always put my health first and done allot of research I have had work done in different parts of the world from France to Brazil and currently here in Beverly Hills California by Dr Toby Mayer there is so much in the media right now about surgery and they in a way make it seem like its no different than going to the tanning salon but keep in mind that this is one thing you don’t want to cheep out on or look for a bargain because we are talking about your life and health.

So learn as much as you can before you go in for any work!
Here is a little surgical list of what it took to make me look like I do today!

I'm often emailed and asked about my hair transplants and scalp reduction so I decided to get some of my before and after pictures so you can see my results!!!!

4 Boob Jobs
(I love large breasts and to get to the size I have in now it took a bit to stretch the skin I currently have the largest available silicon breast implants allowed in the USA that’s 800cc’s)

3 sets of Cheekbone Implants
(Pretty much same story as chin implants)

3 Chin Implants
(I know your thinking why 3 well I could not make up my mind! First one was too big the second one was still too big and finally the third was just perfect. Keep in mind that I have a certain vision or a look that I’m going for so until I get that no matter what I don’t tend to be happy so it has nothing to do with the Dr but me not being happy with the look in surgery often you have to re do things to fine tune things if you are as neurotic as me! Wink)

Liposuction of my Abdomen
(You can also contour the fat on your abdomen to give you a more feminine appearance men tend to hold fat a bit higher than females do and by having the fat removed and re sculpted you can have that sexy feminine tummy)

Liposuction of my waist
(this is what I owe my wonderful waist line to men tend to have a lower waist line and by removing fat around the waits and raising it not only does it make your hips look rounder but it also gives you that sexy hour glass figure!)

Liposuction under my chin and neck
(this gave me a more contoured neck line and got rid of a bit of skin that just seemed to stick out a bit to much after lipo your skin tends to tighten and re stick to the muscle and once the fat is removed if done properly you will end up with wonderful contours)

3 Lip jobs had Implant but did not like it so now I have silicon
(this was a fun experience I had a small silicon implant put in but it made my lips look very ducky so I had that removed and tissue implanted and I was still not happy with the size so I had silicon injected in to them and now I love my lips and they feel super natural)

2 Eye Lifts
(To remove excess skin around the eyes lower and upper also sometimes fat pockets are taken out under and around the eyes to get rid of puffiness and once again giving ya a rested look)

Forehead Lift
(It raises your eyebrows creating a more feminine appearance men tend to have lower set eyes brows than women and by having a lift it creates a more girly gurl look)

Brow bone shaving
(I swear by this procedure I would recommend you do this along with a forehead lift and re contouring of the hair line this procedure shaves down the brow bone and gives you a more feminine profile it made a huge difference on me it truly feminized my face I love it I love it!!)

6 Face peels
(Same as under the eyes done with TCH with the exception that they are done all over the face and it gives you that smooth flawless skin that we all want)

8 Under eye peels
(TCH peels get rid of fine lines and dark circles around your eyes and give you the rested look that no make up could ever get ya!!! Can you tell I love TCH lol)

Hip Implants
(Same as buttock implants with the exception they are smaller and used to create a rounder appearance and more fem appearance)

Buttock Implants
(Small soft gel filled silicon implants to create a more rounder appearance on my tushie)

Body Laser Hair Removal
(Had laser hair removal on my face legs and bikini line I love works well for me some prefer electrolysis I swear for laser)

4 Hair Transplants
(To fill in temples and create a more feminine hairline often works well when you have reseeding around the temples)

Hair Line Lowering and Contouring
(to give that sexy female hairline and rounding off the areas of the hairline that tend to be more square on males)

Tracheal Shave
(Removal of adams apple the only thing that suxs about this surgery is that you swell for a wile so you often look worst than you did before for a few months ? but it’s worth it)

Dental Veneers
(To get that perfect smile with out braces or waiting months)

Collagen
(used as a filler around mouth, eyes, forehead, and cheekbones it’s not permanent on me it lasts about 2 months)

Botox
(Used to relax muscles around the eyes and between the browns to give you a more rested appearance on me it lasts about 2-3 months)

Restalyn
(Similar to collagen but tends to last a bit longer 4-6months)

Fat Transfer / graphs to smile lines and cheek bones
(like collagen and restalyn with the exception that fat is removed from a donor area of your body I have it taken from the tummy I can always afford to loose some from there! (Wink) and then its re implanted where ever you need a little fill)
