Gia can you help me become a girl or get me in to modeling like you???

No I cant help you become a girl but I can give you ideas/advice on how to go about getting started or simply sharing my experience with you I'm not a psychologist or therapist but I can recommend clinics or doctor that have worked for me. And they can give you professional advice.
I'm often called for casting talk shows or documentaries here in the US and Europe so sometimes if something comes up and I have your picture I might be able to point you towards some work.

What age do you think is to old to start my transformation?
I don't think that there is a right age although the younger you start its much easier to stop your body from ageing like a male I started my change (hormones) at the age of 14 (I'm not saying you should do that just because I did) before you start taking any kind of hormones you should consult your doctor you will be surprised most Dr.'s are very understanding about this matter and even if you're a bit older it might be a bit harder or take a bit more as far as surgery or hormones but its never to late, its all about being happy.

Gia can I meet you or do you escort????
Yes you can meet me I'm often in NY for parties or other events here in the US or Europe
But no I don't escort you can come by and say hi at any type of public event or gathering.

Gia have you really had all those cosmetic procedures and how much did they cost?
Yes I have had around 45 procedures (and I'm still not done ) the cost has been over $150K.

Did you have all that surgery all at once????
No I have had all the surgery in a process of 3 yrs and about 4 different batches.

I see that you are always talking about Dr Mayer does he pay you?
NOT AT ALL!!! He has done all of my surgeries (with the exception of my breast) and I'm very happy with his work that's why I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and his staff.

Why so much surgery do you think your addicted?
No I don't think I'm addicted I know what I want to look like and I wont stop until I feel in the out side like I do in the inside I think that many people go out and buy make up go to the tanning salon get their nails done and they do this to look good and feel better about themselves that's why I do it as well its just that my ways might be a bit more invasive so no I'm not addicted I just know what I want!!!!!

Gia can you help me financially to become a woman like you?
As much as I would love to I cant but I know it can be costly but sometimes we have to prioritize I remember when I did not have money I knew what I wanted and if it meant not going to the movies or not buying that dress I did it I just saved my money as much as I could and eventually I did it I saved the whole $5000 for my first boob job at the age of 18 from working 2 jobs so its possible people!!! (yes even if you're a TS and you don't have to escort)

Are the surgeries painful?
Well that depends how bad you want it? Yes there is a bit of pain or discomfort but what always keeps me going is the fact that when all the bandages come off I will look better so in the end if there is any pain to me its worth it!!!!!!!!!!

Do you plan on having sexual reassignment surgery?
yes in my case i do see me having my final GRS surgery and slowing things down and enjoying all that i have worked so hard for all these years but i do .
think that femininity is in your head not between your legs!! when the time comes i will move forward with that final stage of my life it will not alter who i am what i have had to deal with in life but eventually it will be the the little period at the end of the last sentence of what is to be my wonderful life story

I find transsexual girls attractive does that make me gay?
I think that its very sad that we have to always find a label for people I think that what matters is that your with someone that makes you happy the few men that I have dated or been with have never been with a TS girl before but they liked me for who I am not what I have between my legs they knew it was there but it did not bother them does that make them gay? I don't know I think that if you have to label yourself then do it other than that its just life enjoy it its too short to be worried about what others might think of you plus you might miss out on being with a wonderful girl that just happens to be a TS and remember we are no different than any other girl we have the same dreams hopes and all that good stuff so don't make a huge deal on how do I approach a TS girl? What do I say? Just be yourself and talk to us like you would any other girl!!!!
In the end we are all just looking for true LOVE.

WHERE OR HOW DO START TRANSITIONING?
This is the most popular question I get asked time after time) The most important thing is to realize that you are truly following your heart and who you are and that this is not something you do because of attention or the way the clothing feels on your body It’s very important to have physiological guidance during the first part of your transitioning as it will help you in the future with a referral if it’s requested by a plastic surgeon (some Dr’s do ask for referrals for breast implants and for sure for SRS) And a psychologist can also help with referrals to Dr’s that can work with you with hormonal treatment The other million dollar question is where do I go to find a Dr that’s comfortable dealing with patients that have gender issues?? I have always worked with local gay and lesbian centers they are an amazing resource with people that are with in our community and often donate their time and treatment to people that might have limited resources You can find the number to your local center by calling information or looking it up on line there are always centers or clubs that work with the community no matter how small of a town you live You just have to look! Remember!!! You are making a change that will be in a way drastic and nothing is easy The most important thing is to keep your head up and never forget where it is that you want to be and don’t let any obstacles take away from the goal you have in mind! I was once a boy from the wrong side of the tracks that had blonde curvaceous dreams! I had many reasons why not to go on but I never gave up!\ Anything worth having often takes a bit of time and work! Good luck and remember!!! So you want to date a Transsexual girl?
Transsexual dating, is an option most heterosexual men have never considered...until of course such a guy meets an appealing transsexual woman and finds himself intrigued. At that point, the guy could actually consider transsexual dating. I get so many emails asking me how to approach or talk to a transsexual girl from guys that are often looking for more than a sexual encounter or an “experiment” it makes me so happy to give advice like this because often us transsexual girls are looked at as object or just sexual experiments witch in a way is very sad that people will not see how average we are when you compare us to other genetic born females I think that often the fact that some of us work in adult related industries adds to that horrible stereo type that we are just good for sex and nothing else it’s a sad that I’m often bunched up in to that stereotype When in reality most of us transsexual girls are no different than any other girl we all in the end want to have that wonderful guy that will love us and except us no matter what and see beyond what we have between our legs and concentrate on what truly matters in any relationship and that’s the heart because I rarely think that we fall in love with someone’s penis or their vagina but in how they are as a person Love is something beyond physical attraction its something you feel in your tummy and should not see sex or color or anything superficial like that Its just about two people enjoying and excepting each other in every single way In other words don’t look at a transsexual girl like we are some sort of little monster from the green lagoon when in reality most of us that might be in search of love don’t want to be treated any different that you would treat any other girl you might have a fancy for So show respect don’t be just another pervert using cheep and unoriginal sexual innuendo because I promise you that its not attractive ask yourself is this something I would ask a genetic female if I was out to dinner with her?? That’s what often kills me when people ask me or say things to me that I know for a fact they would never ask if I was a genetic female so that’s the first thing you should keep in mind!!!!!!! There is nothing wrong with asking questions specially if you have never been out with a transsexual girl Its not the questions you ask but how you ask them I promise you that most of us girls are more than willing to answer them Personally I think that when you talk to a transsexual girl and get to know her and get past the whole sexual attraction you will find that most of us are no different than any other human out there with fears, hopes and dreams In another note there is the girls that are out looking for sexual encounters and don’t want boyfriends as long as both of you know what you want and are doing it carefully than have fun But if you know that a girl is out looking for something serious don’t play with her head or her emotions before you take things to a more serious level make sure that you are prepared to go there because you cant be in different pages guys often worry about what friends or family might think And are often put of to taking the relationship to the next level All I have to say to that is that you have to be happy with yourself and your life there will always be someone who has something to say but if you love and care about someone then be true to yourself and stand up for who you love and what you enjoy in the privacy of your own bedroom its your deal and no one else’s!!!!!
